License Information

Venue content — photographs, capacities and rates — is supplied by venues and licensed to us for display. Couples may share listings for planning purposes; scraping, reselling or republishing our collections without permission is not permitted.

Refund Policy

Couple accounts are free. Vendor subscriptions renew monthly or annually and can be cancelled from the dashboard at any time; annual plans are refunded pro-rata within the first thirty days. Featured placements are refunded in full if a feature does not publish as agreed.

Listing standards

Venues must honour published starting rates for the season quoted and disclose exclusions before contracts are signed. Listings found to misrepresent capacity, availability or pricing are suspended pending review.
