Wedding vendors at work behind the scenes

Vendors

The trusted community behind every Ashgrove Hall celebration.

Venues

Ballrooms, estates, gardens, barns, rooftops and resorts — every venue in our collection is visited, verified and reviewed against capacity, pricing transparency and planning support. Start with the venue collections across our seven cities.

Photographers

Documentary storytellers and editorial portraitists who know our venues at ceremony hour. Ask for full galleries — not highlights — from a wedding shot in your season, and confirm backup workflows before you book.

Videographers

From Super-8 texture to cinematic highlight films, our videographers coordinate quietly with photographers so the day never feels staged. Book the same team for photo and film only if their styles genuinely match.

Planners

Full-service planners, month-of coordinators and design studios. A good planner pays for themselves in vendor negotiation alone — interview two, check a recent wedding end to end, and confirm who is on site on the day.

Bridal Salons

Salons carrying sample sizes worth trying and seamstresses worth trusting. Order eight to ten months out; alterations take six to eight weeks and two to three fittings.

Makeup Artists

Camera-ready, tear-proof looks trialled before the day. Always book the trial, photograph it in daylight, and confirm the artist staying through touch-ups — not an assistant you have never met.

Hair Stylists

Updos that survive dancing, veils that stay put and timelines that get the party ready on schedule. Share your dress neckline and venue humidity with your stylist at the trial.
